Use this form to request deletion of your DON'T OPEN account
(Android package one.vzl.dont_open) and the data associated with it.
What gets deleted
Your account record: Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture URL.
All game progress: coins, inventory, stored items, containers, missions, contracts, boosters and settings.
Your push notification token, so we can no longer send you notifications.
What is kept, and for how long
Gameplay analytics events, which are stored against a one-way hash of your player id and
cannot be traced back to you once the account is gone.
Server request logs kept by Google Cloud under its own default retention (currently 30 days).
Records we are required to keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
Deletion is permanent. Game progress cannot be restored afterwards, and
signing in again creates a brand-new empty account.
Request deletion
Fill in the email address of the Google account you sign in with. We may contact you from
that address to confirm the request before anything is deleted — this is how we make sure
nobody else can delete your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
